1. What is a Tie Up Bag?

Our Tie Up Bags are designed to keep all those little everyday essentials together. Simply pop your things inside, pull the ties to close the bag, and drop it into your tote, handbag or backpack. No more rummaging around for things at the bottom of your bag!

2. What can I use my Tie Up Organiser for?

It's perfect for all the little things that tend to get lost in your bag. Think lip balm, keys, EarPods, chargers, hand cream, SPF and everyday essentials. You can also use it to keep smaller items together when travelling or switching between bags.

3. What is the difference between the Organiser, Tote and Beauty Bag?

  • Tie Up Organiser: A compact little bag for keeping everyday essentials together inside your tote or handbag. Approx size 15cm x 11cm x 11cm
  • Tie Up Tote: Your everyday carry-all, perfect for shopping, university, work or days out. Approx size 39cm wide x 41cm long (32cm handles)
  • Tie Up Beauty Bag: A roomier bag for make-up, skincare and toiletries, with space for your beauty essentials. (20cm x 14cm x 14cm)

4. Are the bags lined?

Yes! Our bags feature contrasting linings chosen to complement the outer fabrics. It's those little details that make them special.

5. What fabrics are the bags made from?

Our bags come in a carefully chosen selection of fabrics, including denim and corduroy, with contrasting linings and colours. Each combination has its own personality, so you can choose one that suits your style.

Ordering and delivery

6. Do you ship outside the UK?

At the moment, we only ship within the UK, but we hope to offer international delivery in the future.

If you're outside the UK and would love a Tie Up Bag, please get in touch. We'd be happy to discuss whether we can arrange delivery to you.

7. How long will my order take to arrive?

Every Tie Up Bag is made to order, so please allow 3–4 working days for us to make and dispatch your order

8. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order. Please refer to  our Delivery section on our website for delivery costs.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, it will longer be possible to make changes. Get in touch through our Contact Us section on our website.

Care and returns

10. How do I care for my bag?

All of our bags have washing care instruction labels. Please refer to our Bag Care section on our website.

11. Can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to love your Tie Up Bag. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Returns page on our website.

12. Do you have matching bags?

Many of our styles are designed to complement one another, so you can pair your Tie Up Organiser with a Tie Up Tote or choose a Tie Up Beauty Bag in a fabric combination you love. Look out for our different fabric edits to find your favourite.
