How To Look after your Tie Up Bag

Every Tie Up Bag is handmade in the UK in small batches using 100% cotton fabrics. With a little care, your bag will stay looking its best for years to come.

Our bags

We currently make three sizes:

• The Tie Up Organiser Bag — approx. 15 × 11 × 11 cm
• The Tie Up Beauty Bag — approx. 20 × 14 × 14 cm
• The Tie Up Tote — approx. 34 × 41 cm, with approx. 32 cm handles

How to wash your bag

All Tie Up Bags are washable and have a care label inside with the washing instructions.

For the best results:

• Handwash
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Iron on setting 2

We recommend washing your bag only when needed and allowing it to dry naturally. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric, as this can affect the shape of the bag.

A note about our denim

Some of our bags are made using washed denim, including our dark denim styles.

Although the denim is washed before we make your bag to help minimise colour transfer, dark denim can still release a small amount of dye, particularly when new.

We recommend taking care when using your denim Tie Up Bag with very light-coloured clothing, fabrics or surfaces. To help minimise the risk of transfer, avoid prolonged contact with pale materials, especially when the bag is new.

Handmade in small batches

Every Tie Up Bag is handmade in the UK, so no two bags will be exactly the same.

Because we work with patterned and textured fabrics, fabric placement may vary slightly from the images shown on our website. The position of stripes, checks, florals and other patterns may differ from one bag to another.

These small variations are part of the charm of a handmade product and make your Tie Up Bag uniquely yours.
